Dr. Jayne Obioma Onwumere

President

Dr. Jayne Obioma Onwumere is a successful realtor and businesswoman, and co-founder of PWAN HOMES. She studied Management at Harvard University and is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School. Jayne received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from the European-American University for her contributions in making homeownership a reality for many people. She is the President of PWAN HOMES and led the first Real Estate Network Marketing company in the world. Jayne’s vision was to help people achieve homeownership when the job market was dwindling and people were losing their homes due to a lack of funds to pay rent. In March 2012, PWAN HOMES launched, and today, it has affiliates across more than thirty companies.

Michael Afamefuna Okonkwo

Director

Michael Afamefuna Okonkwo has over 15 years of experience in IT and Real Estate. He has worked as a supervisor at Chevron Escravos and then established Folkland Engineering Company Ltd. In 2013, he joined PWAN Homes Ltd as a General Manager and worked his way up to the position of Managing Director. He is currently the Managing Director of PWAN LEGEND REALTORS & INVESTMENTS LTD, Chairman of Folkland Property Development Company, and the GROUP EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of the PWAN GROUP with over 10 years of experience in Real Estate. He has attended Real Estate Trainings and Seminars both in Nigeria and abroad. Michael is an Alumni of Imo State University, Lagos Business School, happily married with four (4) kids.

Bamidele Adewole

Managing Director / CEO

Bamidele Adewole is an experienced financial professional who has facilitated many successful transactions and authored a book, “The Smart Investor’s Guidebook”. He has also provided perspectives on financial, business, and investment-related issues on TV stations and print media, and is a real estate professional with billions of naira worth of deals closed. He holds multiple professional titles and is in charge of overall strategy and business development as CEO with a team of young professionals at his company.

Tosin Adewole

Executive Director / COO

Tosin is a Real Estate professional with several years’ of experience Real Estate sales and marketing, client relationship management and business development. Prior to venturing into Real Estate, Tosin had over 8 years’ experience in the investment banking industry. She currently serves as the Executive Director of PWAN Stars and in her capacity, oversees the Customer Service, Admin and Operations departments.


Tosin is very meticulous, enthusiastic and passionate with a proven track record in her field of expertise. She has received awards based on the results achieved to date. Tosin was the 2016 Ambassador for PWAN GROUP and highest seller. She is very passionate about real estate development.

John Chigbu

Admin Officer

John Chigbu is a professional administrator with up or 10 years relevant experience. He has served in some of the major sectors in Nigeria such as the oil & gas sector, security sector, education sector and the real estate sector just to mention but few. He is a graduate from Moshood Abiola as well as the University of Lagos where he studied Business Administration as his major.

ADEDEJI AFEES

Account Officer

ADEDEJI AFEES is a graduate of Lagos State University(LASU) where he studied Education and Accounting with a First-Class honors in Department of Educational management.
He is a past scholars of the Lagos State Scholarship, Total/NNPC scholarship (oml 130) and so much more.
He is a member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria(TRCN) and currently a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria(ICAN).
He works at PWANSTARS ESTATES AND CONCERNS LTD as an Account officer. His major roles centre around planning, budgeting, and cost control. He also prepares various reports for management decision-making.

Michael’s exceptional project management skills, coupled with his keen attention to detail and strong teamwork, consistently lead to projects being completed under budget and ahead of schedule. His commitment to excellence and dedication to teamwork make him an invaluable asset in the construction industry.
